How To Clean Headphone Jack?

  2. Rubbing Alcohol

Steps to Follow

  • First, turn off the device whose headphone jack you want to clean.

  • Get a cotton swab and roll one end with your fingers.

  • Insert the top side of the cotton swab into the headphone jack.

  • Keep wiping the inside of the headphone jack frequently.

  • Repeat this process twice.

  • Dip lightly in rubbing alcohol from one side of the bushes.

  • Insert the submerged swab into the headphone jack and keep it turning.

  • After a while, take out the cotton swab and place the cotton swab on the connector.

  • Repeat this process as before.

Paper Clips

We call this option the homemade lint roller technique. First, bend and straighten a paper clip. Next, take a small piece of regular tape and wrap it around the clip with the sticky side. ●     Put some wine in the cap of the wine bottle and wet the brush.

●     Put the brush inside the jack, move it up and down, and rotate it in a circle. If the port is filthy, you will first need to repeat a few steps until it is clean.

●     Please wait until it dries.
